Returns and Exchange Policy

We are unable to offer exchange or return unless faulty. If you need assistance selecting a size before purchasing please contact our customer service team via this email info@coretrainer.com.au We are currently unable to offer a refund on any item unless faulty. All items are carefully checked prior to sending, however if you have received a faulty item please contact info@coretrainer.com.au  for assistance.

Shipping

Shipping costs $15 for orders under the value of $89. For orders over $89 you will receive free shipping.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia, please allow 10-15 days from the shipping date for your order to arrive. Orders placed between Sunday to Thursday will be shipped the same day if placed by 6pm PDT. 

We ship orders using Australia Post International. Once your order has been shipped, tracking numbers are provided so you can follow the status of your order.

Duties and Taxes

As your order is shipped internationally the products may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Core Trainer is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Core Trainer, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Core Trainer), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
